Main sections
Portfolio view selector
This section allows users to switch between Vehicles, Companies, and Funds. It helps users move between different portfolio perspectives without leaving the management company portfolio area.
Vehicles summary
This section shows the total count of vehicles and acts as the main entry point for vehicle-level portfolio administration. It gives users an immediate sense of the size of the managed vehicle universe.
Actions bar
This area provides the main page actions: Import from AirTable and Add Vehicle. These actions support portfolio maintenance workflows by allowing users to bring in records from an external source or create a new vehicle manually.
Vehicles table
This is the main working area of the page. Each row represents one vehicle and shows its operational status and key portfolio indicators, allowing users to scan the portfolio quickly and compare entities side by side.
Table columns
Element | Description |

Name | The vehicle name used to identify the record in the portfolio list. |
Status | The current lifecycle stage of the vehicle, such as Fundraising, Investing, Divesting, or Extension. |
Commitments | The total committed capital currently recorded for the vehicle. |
Investors | The number of investors associated with the vehicle. |
Active Investments | The number of currently active investments held by the vehicle. |
Exits | The number of realised exits recorded for the vehicle. |
Write-offs | The number of written-off investments recorded for the vehicle. |
